It's a rubber and it's gonna fit a half inch shaft. So folks, if you're not familiar, these attached to the ends of the keel roller on your boat. They do act as a buffer between the hole and the metal parts on the roller.
They provide more surface area for loading and unloading, and they are constructed of a natural rubber. This one here is three inches in diameter overall by 1 1/4 inches tall.
